Abstract

The article presents the basic biographic information about the prominent Siberian soil scientist, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Vladimir Mikhailovich Kurachev, who devoted his research to studying soil geochemistry in saline soils and the evolution of soil absorption complex in technogenic ecosystems of Siberia.
