Abstract

The aim of the study: To give a brief idea of the role of soil organic matter in solving thebproblems of soil science and related sciences, as well as underscore the difficulties, opportunities and gaps in soil organic matter research and to announce the first issue of the 2025 volume devoted to soil organic matter studies.
